1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

During product drops, holidays, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days
International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by country and may be affected by customs processing.

Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delays may occur due to international customs procedures.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees issued by their country.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you have not received your tracking email after 3 business days, feel free to contact us.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows “delivered,” JooToo Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

6. Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
If you purchase pre-order or limited-release products:

Estimated shipping windows will be listed on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately or together depending on availability.
7. International Customs & Duties
International customers may be subject to import fees, customs duties, and taxes determined by their country.
These charges are not included in product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer.
We cannot predict or control these fees.
