Can I exchange an order from your online store?
Yes! Items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must not be worn, washed, or damaged, and all original tags must be attached.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returned clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. For more info, please see our Returns Policy.
What sizes do you carry?
Most styles are available in sizes:
XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL.
Where did the name Joōtoō come from?
JOŌTOŌ (じょーとー) is derived from the Okinawan language and means:
“of nice or excellent quality.”
People often use it to say:
“That’s JOŌTOŌ!” — meaning That’s really nice or cool!
Do you ship overseas?
Not yet — for now, we ship within the United States only.
However, we plan to offer worldwide shipping very soon.
When was your brand founded?
JooToo Clothing was officially founded in 2014.
