1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within:
• 14 days of delivery for returns
• 21 days of delivery for exchanges
To qualify, items must be:

With all tags and packaging still attached

Free of makeup, deodorant, sweat, or any marks
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help if the item is still in stock.
Exchange steps:

Ship the original item back.

Once received and approved, we will ship your exchange item.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund depending on your preference.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
