Thank you for shopping with JooToo Clothing. We want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within:

• 14 days of delivery for returns
• 21 days of delivery for exchanges
 

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors

  • In their original condition

  • With all tags and packaging still attached

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, sweat, or any marks
     

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited-edition or final-drop releases

  • Accessories (hats, socks, etc.)

  • Gift cards
     

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return

  • Reason for the return
     

We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to help if the item is still in stock.

Exchange steps:

  1. Email us with your order number and requested exchange.

  2. Ship the original item back.

  3. Once received and approved, we will ship your exchange item.
     

If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund depending on your preference.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send us:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect or wrong item
     

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
     

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If rejected, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider

  2. Confirm the processing timeframe (5–10 business days)

8. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Packaging items securely

  • Keeping a copy of the tracking number
     

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

9. International Orders

International customers may request returns; however:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
     

Exchanges may require an additional shipping fee
